Brine Wings in mixture for 12-24hours 2. Drain and Dry 3. Rub the wings in the following mixture: 2oz garlic powder 1oz paprika 1oz Smoked paprika 1oz chili powder 1/4oz cayenne ½ lbs brown sugar 2oz red wine vinegar 2oz salt 1/2oz black pepper 1oz Worchester 4.
