Coming Soon to CTbites Invites: Meet the farmer as you Join Chef Robert Troilo and his brother, Peter Troilo of Nicholas Roberts Fine Wines in Darien, for an all American Dinner on October 4th. This very special 4 course Fall Harvest meal features dishes from local farms and purveyors paired with wines from California, Washington State and NY State! Stay tuned for more information. 

@ 7 pm, the evening starts with a reception of passed hors d'oeuvres paired with napa & co's private label sparkling wine, toast from Crement de Bourgogne in France, followed by a five course tasting of Chef Leo's newest creations as he introduces his menu for napa & co.

Chef Leo has honed his talents in some of NYC's top restaurants- like Le Bernadin, Jean Georges, Bouley Upstairs, and now brings those talents to napa & co. 

The night's menu will feature:

Amuse:
Mini Heirloom Tomato, Burrata Brochette

First Course
Fluke Sashimi with lemon, chives, EVOO, griddled bread

Second Course
Seared Jumbo Scallops, Sweet corn pudding, lemon verbena infused roasted corn

Third Course
Mushroom Ravioli, Chanterelle mushrooms, oven dried tomatoes, mushroom foam

Fourth Course
Saba Glazed Duck, White fig quinoa, baby turnips, grilled mission figs, port wine reduction.

The dessert course is still in the creative process, but is sure to be a wonderful finale to this amazing menu!

Each dish will be paired with a wine specially selected by owner/sommelier, Mary Schaffer, who will impart the secrets to creating perfect food and wine pairings. Enjoy the wonderful food and wine evening as you discover the talent behind Chef Leo's cuisine as he introduces each dish for your enjoyment.

Each attendee will receive as a special gift- a napa & co. goodie bag that includes champagne glasses, a bottle of toast, napa & co private label sparking wine, as well as a commemorative recipe and wine pairings booklet!
