BL Kitchen Cooking Class: Localvore Cuisine

Come join our cooking class and learn how to cook & eat locally grown and produced food. We'll be highlighting elm's favorite local farmers and artisans such as red bee honey, mountain top mushrooms, millstone farm, and the local catch. 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. $90 / $125 with wine pairing.

Thursday, March 7th

Wine Dinner: Rhone Region with Jeff Barbour

We're offering a four-course menu with wine pairings featuring the food & wine from the Rhone region of France. Discussion will be led by local wine expert, Jeff Barbour of New Canaan Wine Merchants. Begins at 7:00 p.m.  $125 includes tax, gratuity, and wine pairing. See menu>>

BL Kitchen Cooking Class: Pasta, Grains, & Risotto...

Celebrate the classic cuisine of Northern Italy and some of the time-honored techniques, recipes, and ingredients used in its rich culinary tradition. 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. $90 / $125 with wine pairing.

The Whole Hog Dinner with Craft Butchery of Westport

Enjoy a five-course feast of head-to-tail delicacies with wine pairings. Ryan Fibiger, owner and head butcher of Westport's Craft Butchery, will discuss the philosophies and values behind sourcing local, pasture-raised heritage pork and other meats. See menu>>

elm's One Year Anniversary!

BL Kitchen lil' chefs cooking class

Drop the kids off at elm and we will show them how to make pasta & tomato sauce and chocolate chip cookies. $45 per child includes instruction, recipes, and lunch at the chef's table. 11am to 1pm. Ages 12 and older.
