Thursday, March 7th Wine Dinner: Rhone Region with Jeff Barbour We're offering a four-course menu with wine pairings featuring the food & wine from the Rhone region of France. Discussion will be led by local wine expert, Jeff Barbour of New Canaan Wine Merchants. Begins at 7:00 p.m. $125 includes tax, gratuity, and wine pairing. Ryan Fibiger, owner and head butcher of Westport's Craft Butchery, will discuss the philosophies and values behind sourcing local, pasture-raised heritage pork and other meats.
