A spy said Zakarian was overheard telling friends and colleagues about expanding to Greenwich next year.A foodie boomlet’s been going on in Fairfield County, with restaurants including Bill Taibe’s the Whelk and Antoine Blech and Anshu Vidyarthi’s popular Le Penguin.
