Supported by the The Norwalk Parking Authority, and presented by Spread Out Catering, The Spread Executive Chef Carlos Baez will create a special menu just for this event, and there will even be an after party just down the street at The Spread with live music.

PASSED HORS D'OEUVRES:
Raw oysters with lemon, cocktail sauce and mignonette
Potato skins with crispy pancetta and sour cream (mini, fingerling potatoes)
Burrata crostini with heirloom tomatoes
Cucumber and mint gazpacho shooters
Cured salmon crostini

FIRST COURSE:
Hamachi crudo 
Served with lime and jalapeño caviar, radishes, micro cilantro and EVOO

MAIN COURSE
Grilled pork chop
Served with celery root and cabbage salad, spring onions and romesco

DESSERT
Caramel cream

$65 pp pricing is all inclusive of all of the above, except that we ask that you tip your hardworking servers in cash on the night of the event.
