Walrus + Carpenter continues its BrewGrass with pig roast on Thursday Sept 25. It includes live music, a roast pig, draft specials, and more.  The pig is served at 7:30pm.

THE GREENWICH WINE AND FOOD FESTIVAL IS FINALLY HERE! It takes place at Roger Sherman Baldwin Park in Greenwich overlooking the Long Island Sound with more than 100 vendors, local & nationally recognized chefs, cooking demos, and live music. The FARE Walk for Food Allergy is coming to Westport on Saturday, September 27, 2014. Food Allergy Research & Education (FARE) works on behalf of the 15 million Americans with food allergies, including all those at risk for anaphylaxis. The Walk will include live music, a variety of sports and games, arts and crafts, samples and giveaways from sponsors and more. 1pm Registration and Activities; 2pm Walk begins. The BIG Steak & Wine Dinner returns to Barcelona Fairfield on Sunday September 28.  For the fourth year in a row, Mark Berlin, owner of Fairfield Foods will be dry ageing prime grade porterhouse steaks just for this dinner, grilled on the outdoor BBQ.  Jorge Perez of T. Edwards, a Chile native and world-known expert of Latin wines, will also be in attendance. Chef Ian Kokkeler will be preparing a full menu inspired by the wines.
