Event starts @6:30pm, $125 not including tax or gratuity Tuesday May 12, AMG Catering invites you to a “Spring Fish Class” focusing on dishes like roasted halibut with fennel and potatoes, parmesan crusted Cod with bruscetta topping, and shrimp with braised leeks and whole wheat pasta. It goes from 7-9pm and costs $90 per person. Fairfield/Greenwich Cheese Company invited you to a class focusing on cheese and cider. Try hard ciders paired with artisanal cheeses for $45 per person. The class will be held at the Fairfield location Tuesday March 17 from 7-9pm and at the Greenwich location Thursday March 19 from 7-9pm. Barcelona Stamford continues its cocktail series on Tuesday May 12 with “Playing with Bitters.” As an added bonus, Chef Scott Quis will prepare small bites to go with the drinks.
