If you still have a quart of strawberries leftover from your strawberry-picking adventures, this is where you'll want to put them to work.Strawberry Salad with Feta, Avocado and Toasted AlmondsIngredients:2 teaspoons Dijon vinaigrette1 teaspoon agave nectar1 small shallot, minced2 tablespoons red wine vinegar1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oilSea Salt and freshly ground pepper12 cups butter lettuce (3 small heads)1 quart strawberries, halved orquartered depending size2 ripe avocados, cubed4 ounces crumbled feta (1 cup)1 cup toasted almondsDirections:1.
