Come on down to The Fairfield Public Library on Monday October 5th 7PM to hang out with Chef Matt Storch of Match & The Chelsea and ME, Stephanie Webster, Editor of CTbites. We are going to be talking shop and cooking for you. (Don't worry, Chef Storch will be doing all the cooking). I will be talking to Matt about his various and often amusing culinary experiences, the do's and don'ts of the restaurant world, and as many fun stories we can cram into the evening.
