Still Hill Brewery in Rocky Hill will host a beer and chocolate pairing on Tuesday February 7 from 7-9pm. The event features Fascia's Chocolates of Waterbury. Celebrate the debut at Hop Haus Craft Beer & Restaurant in Plantsville on Thursday February 9 from 6-9pm. New Haven’s Shell & Bones Oyster Bar and Grill is teaming up with Black Hog Brewing Company for a beer dinner on Wednesday February 8. The meal includes four courses matched with complementary brews. Its costs $50 per person, plus tax and tip. Every Wednesday, The Fez invites you to do some karaoke with DJ. Tunni and James Daniel Entertainment. It begins a 9pm.The Lace Factory in Deep River, CT now offers cooking classes. Join them on Thursday February 9 for a technique class on basic doughs. Learn to make and shape three yeast-risen items: Pissaladière, a French-style pizza; Grissini, thin Italian breadsticks; and Baba au Rhum, a yeast-based rum-soaked cake. It runs from 6-8:30pm and costs $50 per person. CT Beer Drinkers Presents Breaking Boundaries with Craft 260 on February 9.
