The Artisanal Burger Company in Manchester, CT invites you to a Pre-St. Paddy’s Day party on Monday March 13.  The evening features Jameson Irish Whiskey and includes a reception and 3 course dinner.  It costs $60 per person and runs from 6:30-9:30pm. 

Go to the dark side on March 14!  In this case, it is actually a good thing… Max Amore Ristorante will explore the “dark side of the cocktail” through a seven course dinner featuring Amari cocktails.  The evening begins with a reception at 6:15, followed by the sit-down meal at 6:30.  It costs $85 per person, plus tax and gratuity. 

Nouveau Monde Wine Bar presents “Spirit of Argentina,” a five course wine dinner, on Tuesday March 14 at 6:30 pm.  It costs $75 per person, with a $25 deposit to secure your space.  Belly Dancing Night returns to The Fez in Stamford on Wednesday March 15 at 8pm.

Mussels, fries, and beer?  Yes, please!  Bull & Swine in New Haven is taking the popular Belgian dish and pairing it with Allagash beers on Wednesday March 15.  A $30 ticket gets you all you can eat and drink!  Purchase your tickets online. 

Fairfield Greenwich Cheese Company will teach you all about cheeses of Italy this week.  They will pair cheeses from all over the country with Italian wines.  Join them at the Greenwich location on March 14 from 7-9pm and the Fairfield location on March 16 from 7-9pm.  The class costs $50 per person. 

Enjoy dinner at The Griswold Inn for just $25.  Monday-Thursday during the winter, the historic inn will offer a prix-fixe three-course dinner.  The menu changes daily.

FC Beat Magazine and FTC present “A Beautiful Spectacle” on Wednesday March 15.  Come down to the Warehouse for a celebration of music, arts, food, and libations.  Participating restaurants include Cask Republic, El Segundo, Geronimo Tequila Bar and Southwest Grill, The Blind Rhino, and more.  https://fairfieldtheatre.org/beautifulspectacle 

The yoga-meets-beer craze continues, this time at Still Hill Brewery in Rocky Hill, CT.  Join them on March 15 at 7pm for a one hour yoga class and a pint of your choice.  It costs $15 per person. 

On Thursday March 16, Stew Leonard’s Wines will host its 7th Annual Wine, Whiskey, and Craft Beer Tasting to benefit The Norwalk Exchange Club.  More than 50 wines, whiskies, and beers will be featured, as well as a menu of St. Patrick’s Day-inspired fare freshly prepared by Stew Leonard’s culinary team.  Tickets are $50.  

Kim’s Cottage Confections in Durham, CT is celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with an Irish Cream Dessert Night on Thursday March 16.  Participants 21 and over can create Irish Cream Cake Cups, Irish Cream Cupcakes, and Irish Cream Salted Carmel Truffles.  It costs $25 per person.  BYOB to sip on during the event. 

Ambler Farm invites kids and teens in grades 5-11 to an Apprentice Open House on Saturday March 18 at 3pm.  

New England Cider Co comes to Hop Haus on Thursday March 16.  They’re bringing samples and swag so you can “meet the brewery.”  http://hophauscraftbeer.com/ 

On Friday March 17, Sur La Table brings Ireland to Canton.  Starting at 6:30, learn to create Irish Apple and Parsnip Soup, Guinness and Maple Glazed Salmon, Potato Mash with Braised Cabbage (Colcannon), and Bittersweet Chocolate Irish Whiskey Cake.
