Guests enjoyed live music and plenty of space to roam, mingle, taste and sip over a leisurely summer afternoon. Some of the most noteworthy samplings includeed: Artisan Restaurant - an exciting new, soon to be open addition to the Blue Back Square - with a fresh and delicate profiterole stuffed with chicken liver mousse and accentuated by spring vegetables. Missing Link Wine Company - pouring a young, bright Priorat Blanco, Zohara, serving their signature hummus with lamb ragu, Savoy Pizzeria (fresh pizza oven also available for private catering and parties), and a perennial favorite, Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon, courtesy of Slocum and Sons. Something for every palate and taste was on hand, and the flow of the festival allowed patrons time to relax, settle in, and try it all. Thank you to Maximum Beverage and all other sponsors for planning and executing a spectacular signature event, sure to become a staple on the West Hartford scene in the years to come.
