GoodWorks Entertainment presents their third tasting event: WHISKEY SOCIAL. WHISKEY SOCIAL will take place on Saturday, March 24, 2018 from 3 PM until 6 PM at The Warehouse at Fairfield Theatre Company (70 Sanford Street in Fairfield, Connecticut).

Socialites will be able to relish in the exclusivity of sampling from an internationally curated selection of 150+ types of whisky, rye, scotch, bourbon, aged rum, and mezcal. Ordinary New Haven’s mixologist, Tim Cabral, will be in the room crafting samplers of his distinguished cocktails. With the purchase of a ticket, socialites will be invited to savor an array of delicious local fare including a mac and cheese bar, meat and cheese station and dessert bar by Garelick and Herbs of Southport as well as famed pulled pork sliders by Custom Meats of Fairfield. The tunes of a live band will carry throughout the social while couches provide lounge and whiskey barrels scatter the floor for the perfect festive setting.

Whiskey Social will feature liquors including: Auchentoshan Three Wood Single Malt Whisky, James Pepper ‘1776’ Straight Rye Whiskey, Tullibardine 20 Year Single Highland Malt Scots Whisky, Backbone ‘Uncut’ Straight Bourbon Whiskey, 7 Year as well as local craft distilleries Still The One, Litchfield Distillery, Asylum Distillery and many many more! A portion of the event proceeds will be donated to The Connecticut Chapter of Make-A-Wish Foundation; helping to give more children with life-threatening medical conditions “their moments.”

The Owl Shop of New Haven will be our featured vendor for socialites interested in pairing the perfect cigar with their liquor. The cigar lounge will be conveniently set up outside the front doors of The Warehouse for all to enjoy; apt with Adirondack chairs for lounging, heat towers and plenty of matches and ashtrays for supreme convenience. Socialites will also be of the first to indulge in a Shearwater Coffee Roasters’ special.

Mix one part cocktail party, with an ounce of trendy lounge, add a splash of exclusivity, stir in a sexy bluesy band, garnish with exceptional local fare and enjoy the unprecedented WHISKEY SOCIAL.
