The French 75 Recipe

1 oz V.S.O.P COGNAC

1 oz Simple Syrup

3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

Top with Champagne


Shake your Brandy, Lemon Juice and Simple Syrup with Ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and top with your Champagne, add one cube to keep cool, garnish with thin lemon peels! Cheers!
