  • FARM DINNER: The dinner starts at 5pm and includes experimental recipes featuring vegetables and wild plants from the farm, and my sustainable sushi creations too. It’s BYOB and kids eat free. $95/person

FORAGING CLASS & DINNER: The foraging class starts at 2:00. It’s focus is on common weeds and invasive plants and their preparation; and a discussion about nutrition and the environment. You’ll take home tea, soup, wild herb vinegar, and wild plant liquor that you make. The foraging class includes dinner on the farm. $225/person

THE WHOLE SHEBANG: The sustainable sushi class is a marathon of a class. It starts at the crack of dawn when the fish are most active. We will do traditional Japanese fly fishing at a nearby pond, humanely kill and prepare the fish we catch for a traditional Japanese country breakfast, and use the fish to make an ancient preparation of sushi too. The sustainable sushi class that follows will feature original recipes that best represent different approaches to sustainable eating: sustainable seafood, plant-based, and invasive species. This class includes the foraging class and dinner on the farm. $350/person
