Pastry chef Zac Young (creator of The PieCaken) opened Foxwoods own Sprinkletown Bakeshop pop-up open all holiday season long into President’s Day weekend. This as well as the Christmas Piecaken and more delectable treats will all be available to purchase in-person at his first-ever CT Sprinkletown brick-and-mortar pop-up complete with signature soft serve sundaes.

Join Redding Roadhouse on Dec 15th for their second annual Winter Harvest dinner to celebrate their third growing season at Holbrook Farm with Farmers Ian Johnson and Katie Gallagher.  Holbrook Farm is located five minutes down the road in Bethel and is owned and operated by the Reilly Family in partnership with The Redding Roadhouse.   Dinner will be paired with wine from Duckhorn Vineyards who have been crafting distinct award-winning varietals for more than 40 years.  Take a "tour" through Napa with Duckhorn's brand ambassador, Redding resident Ian Merriss! The welcome reception begins at 6:30 pm.  Dinner will be served at 7 pm.  This event will be held indoors with social distancing measures in place

Enjoy a Cheese Assortment and Wine Pairing at Aquila’s Nest Vineyard on Friday December 17 | 7 - 9pm $89. Learn to pair fromage like the pros, as we taste through four artisanal cheeses and four Aquila's Nest Vineyard wines in this hour long tasting adventure. Led by Graze & Co. trained Cheesemonger, Alanna Gilbert. To book this experience each guest will make an initial online deposit, while the remaining balance can be paid at the vineyard after our staff checks your ID.

Learn about Open Fire Cooking: Revolutionary War on December 19th at the Stanley-Whitman House. The Colony of Connecticut, originally known as the Connecticut River Colony or simply the River Colony, sent many regiments of its men into the American Revolutionary War and was the site of several over-wintering camps. Come and learn about what the troops were promised as their daily rations and what they actually received. We will feature food rations such as dried peas, flour, and turnips to name a few in several dishes.

ADULTS can enjoy a glass of wine and dinner while decorating your gingerbread home at 1741 Pub & Grill. Our Executive Chef will guide you through this interactive evening as you create a tasty masterpiece. Royal icing, colorful candies, gumdrops, peppermints, sprinkles, cookies, and more.6 p.m.: arrival/order from the 1741 Pub & Grill menu anytime during the evening. 6:30 p.m.: Gingerbread demonstration begins and continues throughout the evening.
