So, what’s better than dressing up and watching beautiful horses and skilled players compete on a nice summer day? I’ll tell you what….Marcia Selden Catering has created custom polo picnic boxes available weekly for pre-order. Each picnic box feeds 2 people and each is packed with its own deliciousness.

Selden will also have a concession area on site where people can buy the polo picnic boxes along with several composed salads, lobster rolls, Rise Coffee on tap, and a bunch of great sweet & savory snacks, also available for pre-order to complete the experience. The Marcia Selden team also circulates throughout the property with red wagons filled with snacks, beverages and food items from the boxes sold separately to picnicking attendees.

The Greenwich Polo Club “doors” open at 11am every Sunday pre-match to allow for guests to leisurely set up their picnic space, enjoy their lunch, with matches starting at 3pm.

Robin Selden says “Working with the team at Greenwich Polo and partnering with the Cup Bearer has been amazing! Guests are psyched to be getting craft cocktails and delicious picnic boxes that almost feel like a gift. Literally every person that picks up their box opens it and smiles with excitement and the anticipation of digging into the yumminess. They have never done anything like this before at Greenwich Polo; the director told us that we have completely elevated the guest experience for them. Evoking joy through our food is what I love most about my job AND we get to watch the polo matches while we are doing it which is an added bonus for sure!”
