Name L’Ostal’s Boozy Happy Hour “Milkshake” and Win Their Limited Burger + Shake Combo

The burger you COULD win: secret prime beef blend, two-year aged Comté, mustard aioli, gem lettuce, truffle vinaigrette, cornichon, house made fougsasse bun.

Hey, readers! We’ve got a fun, tasty treat for you if you win this one!

We’ve teamed up with one of our favorites, Restaurant L’Ostal in Darien, as they’ve just launched their Tuesday through Friday L’apero menu that’s only available for an hour each of those weekdays.

We’ll tell you more about the rest of their happy hour in another article, but one thing’s for certain, they have a killer burger that’s super limited and there’s a creamy, slightly fruity add on you can choose to sip on…

To go with a savory cheeseburger, L’Ostal’s bar manager, Kyle Storey, created a “shake” to go with it that’s comprised of Tanqueray No. Ten, cream, homemade honey syrup, and fresh blackberries that’s double strained into a frosty coupe.

And there’s the currently nameless “milkshake.” Please name it!

The problem? It doesn’t have a name!

The one they’re not going with is one that Storey thought of for a second, “my milkshake brings all the boys to L’Ostal.”

Since that’s not gonna be the name, that’s where you all come in!

We’ll gather up the responses, confer with Storey and chef Jared Sippel, and pick a winner!

The prize? Invite a friend, family member, or significant other to enjoy two of those limited happy hour burgers (they’re only doing 10 per day at the bar only) and two shakes.
