Intro to Macrobiotics Wednesday April 24th 11am-2pm This class focuses on an introduction to the basic principles of Macrobiotics. You'll learn how to make: Gingery Greens, Miso Soup. Maple Glazed Winter Squash, Perfect Brown Rice with lemon tahini sauce, and Almond Cookies. Mother’s Day Brunch Class Wednesday May 1st 11am-2pm Learn how to make something special for the moms in your life that is both healthy and delicious.
