Freaky Fast Snow Ice CreamIngredients:1/2 c. sugar1 c. cream2 eggs2 tsps vanillaPinch of salt5-6 cups fresh snowDirections:Place first five ingredients above in a large bowl.Mix with an electric mixer.Add approximately 5-6 cups of fresh snow and mix in to blended ingredients.Enjoy immediately.Frosty the Snowman Ice Cream DelightIngredients:1 12-ounce can evaporated milk2 eggs, beaten1 1/2 tsps vanilla extract3/4 cup granulated sugar1 gallon fresh clean snowDirections:Mix evaporated milk, beaten eggs, vanilla extract and sugar into large bowl.Gradually stir in snow until desired consistency.Enjoy immediately.Basic Snow Cream via National Geographic KidsYOU WILL NEEDMixing bowlLarge spoon8 cups (1.8 liters) of clean snow5 tablespoons (73.9 mL) sugar1 teaspoon (4.9 mL) vanillaMilkHERE'S HOWPut the snow in the mixing bowl.
