Bodega Taco Bar Fairfield Presents: Holiday Industry Night Monday December 14th to benefit Operation Hope. Guest can bring canned-goods/non perishable food to be donated. DJ Gruv 8:30 PM, Food Truck Pop Up -Special Food truck tacos all night, specialty cocktails. 

Thomas Hooker Brewing Company hosts a Mug Club Christmas Party Tap Takeover on December 16 from 5-7pm.  The brewing team will be at The Pattaconk 1850 Bar & Grille in Chester to introduce new and seasonal beers.

Join Walrus + Carpenter for a Whole Hog Pig Roast on Thursday December 17.  The evening includes Bluegrass music, craft beer specials, delicious hog, and sides!

From December 13-19, Grace Farms in New Canaan is offering special holiday programming. December 13 at 7:30pm, Michael McElroy and Broadway Inspirational Voices will put on a live concert with performers from Broadway classics.  ($40 adults, $25 youth).  December 15-19 from 1-2pm, enjoy “Songs of the Season” in the sanctuary.  Attend a community dinner on the 18th from 6-8pm  ($10 adults, $6 kids).  The festivities conclude with a reading of A Christmas Carol on the 19th at 10am.

Show your support for the Black Rock Farmers’ Market by donating to their new Kickstarter campaign!  Through January 1, you can pick a pledge level and help them reach their goal.  (And if they don’t reach their goal, they don’t get any of the money… so spread the word!) 

Also on Thursday the 17, learn all about Charcuterie at Fleishers Craft Butchery in Greenwich.  “Charcuterie 101” covers all of the basics over wine and samples.  Participants will also go home with a presentation board for their holiday tables.  It costs $75 per person.  Tickets can be purchased here.

Jones Family Farms presents “Sip and Savor Series: Wine for the Holidays” on Thursday December 17 from 6:30-8:30pm.  A farm fresh supper prepared by their chef will be enjoyed with four wines perfect for the season.  It costs $70 per person.  

The Middlesex Malters Homebrew Club will have their annual holiday meeting in Chester, CT on Friday December 18 from 7-9pm.  The event is a time for beer enthusiasts to get together for a potluck dinner and beer exchange.  They’ll also be focusing on sour beers.  For the exact address and additional information, please see www.middlesexmalters.com.

May the force be with you!  On December 19, Center Street Public House in Darien is celebrating the release of the new Star Wars movie.  Show your ticket stub and get a free pint of Guinness or a slice of Guinness cake for younger fans.

Chocolate and Wine?  Yes, please!  White Silo Winery in Sherman, CT is celebrating the holiday season with its annual Chocolate and Wine Party.  Enjoy Guittard chocolate, complementary wines, cheese, fruit, mustards, jams, finger foods, and more.  Admission is $20 and advance purchase is required.  There are 2 sessons: 1pm and 3:30pm.  

The SoNo Holiday Bazaar is THE holiday shopping destination.  The seasonal pop-up takes place Thursdays and Fridays from 3-9pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 10am-7pm through December 23.  Throughout the season, enjoy DJs and other special events.

Basso Café recently expanded its menu and introduced a new happy hour.  In addition, they have partnered with “IDriveYourCar,” who will provide personal drivers to guests.  They hope to highlight responsible drinking.

Miracle on Wall Street is a pop up holiday themed cocktail bar in Norwalk’s Wall Street neighborhood.  It will run Wednesday-Sunday through December 30, with doors opening every night at 5pm.
