CT Bars & Restaurants To Celebrate St. Patty's Day 2017

Get our your green apparel and raise a glass of Guinness… St. Patrick’s Day is almost here! Whether you are from Ireland or simply Irish for the day, there are plenty of Paddy’s day parties.  These Connecticut bars and restaurants will have have you cheering “Erin Go Bragh!” on March 17.

  1. Tigin Irish Pub, Stamford:Tigin's in Stamford is always a St. Patrick's Day destination! Visit them on March 17 for cocktail stations, walk-up bars, and live music. Tickets are on sale now.
  2. The Lansdowne Irish Pub & Music House, Mohegan Sun, is cover free on St. Patrick's Day! Doors open at 10:30am, and the first 100 guests will receive a commemorative Guinness glass. The day will feature live music, bagpipers, Irish dancers, food and drink specials, and giveaways
  3. Walrus + Carpenter, Bridgeport: St. Patrick’s own Van Morrison Night takes place at Walrus + Carpenter on March 17 starting at 7:30pm.
  4. Joey C’s Boathouse, Stratford
  5. Todd English’s Tuscany at Mohegan Sun will serve house-made Kobe corned beef, Guinness risotto, honey glazed carrots, and cabbage béchamel for $34. Join them from 5-10pm on St. Patrick's Day.
  6. McLadden’s, Hartford has a full day of Irish-inspired entertainment for St. Patrick's Day. Join them on March 17 for tunes by Charles Paul, The Callie McGrane Band, and Out the Boxx. There will even be Irish dancers.
  7. Playwright’s Irish Pub, Hamden serves a traditional Irish breakfast on Fridays and Saturdays from 11-1pm.
  8. Foxwood’s “Shamrocked” 2017, Mashantucket
  9. The Griswold Inn, Essex: This jovial crew will provide live music. Plus, partake in food specials and plenty of Guinness on draft.
  10. Brennan's Shebeen, Black Rock, Fairfield
  11. Little Pub, Fairfield Little Pub's Fairfield location promises a St. Patrick's Day party on March 17.
  12. Outriggers, Stratford will serve Irish fare in addition to their regular menu. They will have specialty green cocktails too, like the Shamrock-arita, Green with Envy, and Irish Creamsicle.

  14. Redding Roadhouse, Redding: Through March 16, Redding Roadhouse will have Irish inspired food specials as well as Irish music on Sundays from 4-8pm.
  15. O’Neill’s, South Norwalk: St. Patty's festivities start at 7am at O'Neill's in Norwalk! The day kicks off with a Fox 95.9 and Guinness Breakfast Show and continues with live entertainment. An Irish buffet will be served all day.

  23. Molly Darcy’s, Danbury: Doors open at 9am! The day's schedule of events includes live music, a DJ, Irish fare, party favors, green beer, the NY Parade live on the big screens, and more.
  24. Joey C's Boathouse in Stratford will be serving Irish beer, shots, and food specials all day long. There will be bagpipers and a live band as well.
  25. The Spread, Norwalk: At The Spread in Norwalk, they'll put their own twist on traditional Irish fare.
  26. The Tasty Yolk, Bridgeport: For the month of March, The Tasty Yolk will offer "The Corny Yolk," a breakfast sandwich with corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss, two eggs, and spicy aioli.
  27. Noah Webster House, Hartford: This West Hartford Historical Society host Tavern Night: A Taste of Ireland on March 17. The menu consists of Guinness Steak Pie, green beans, pickled beets, Irish soda bread, and apple pandowdy for dessert. The Coogan School of Irish Dance of West Hartford will be on hand for entertainment
  28. Foxwoods Resort Casino’s Annual Shamrocked Pub Crawl begins at 6pm. Those 21 and over can get a $10 and receive St. Patty's specials all over the casino.
  29. The Hops Company in Derby is hosting a St. Patrick’s Day party from 3pm to close, sponsored by Harpoon.  The event will include a chance to win a tour of either Harpoon’s Boston or Vermont brewery and The Ale Hounds will be playing Celtic Rock tunes and traditional Irish drinking songs.
