33+ Restaurants for Father’s Day: 2018 Edition

Father’s Day in Sunday June 17!  Connecticut restaurants are celebrating with special prix fixe menus, brunches, BBQs, and more.  Or, start the celebrations early with beer festivals on Saturday!  Here are 33+ ways to make Dad feel special this year.

1. Bar Rosso, Stamford: Bar Rosso will have a special prix fixe menu in honor of Fathers Day. Plus, Dads get a complementary beer!
2. Griswold Inn, Essex: The Griswold Inn's Sunday Hunt Breakfast is legendary- it dates back to the war of 1812! Treat Dad for $24.95/adult, $12/kid age 7-12, and free for under 6.
3. Wadsworth Antheneum Museum of Art, Hartford: The Wadsworth Atheneum Museum of Art will host a Fathers Day brunch. Tickets include museum admission, jazz, brunch, and one complimentary bloody mary or mimosa. After, explore the galleries on your own or take a tour with a docent.
4. Cask Republic, South Norwalk: Cask Republic SoNo will serve Father's Day brunch starting at 11:30am.
5. Washington Prime, South Norwalk: Washington Prime in SoNo presents a Father's Day buffet-style brunch. There are 4 seatings: 11:00AM, 12:30PM, 2:00PM, and 3:30PM. It costs $49.95 per adults and $24.95 per child.

7. SolToro, Mohegan Sun: In honor of Dads, SolToro, located in the Mohegan Sun, is serving up a Mixed Grilled Platter with NY Strip with cheddar and chipotle mashed potatoes. They'll also have Blackened Mahi Mahi with mango salsa and Grilled Chicken with rancheros beans and a mole sauce.

10. Fairfield Farmers Market, Fairfield: The 3rd season of the Fairfield Farmers Market returns just in time for Father's Day! It kicks off on Sunday June 17 and continues on Sunday through September 30 from 10am-2pm.

12. Angelico’s Lakehouse, East Hampton: Angelico's Lakehouse will serve a Father's Day Texas BBQ from 12-4pm. They'll have a Texas BBQ inspired menu with dishes like BBQ pork, brisket, and mac and cheese. They'll also have their regular menu available.

14. Priam Vineyards, Colchester: Priam Vineyard's invites you to a "Vine to Table" Barbecue Lunch with Gourmet Galley Catering and Priam Vineyard's wine.
15. Club Getaway, Kent: Club Getaway in Kent invites you to a special Fathers Day! Starting at 1pm, do activities like the climbing wall, swimming, and free-falling. End the day with a BBQ!
16. Essex Steam Train, Essex: The Essex Steam Train is excited to announce special trips for Fathers Day! Enjoy a day of outdoor fun as the vintage steam train and riverboat takes you through the Connecticut River Valley. Train departures are at 11am, 12:30pm, 2pm, and 3:30 pm with riverboat connections available after the first three train departures.
17. Barcelona, Fairfield: On Father's Day, learn the secrets of paella with Chef Tony and Barcelona Fairfield. The demo will be followed by a quick wine pairings lesson and a tapas lunch.

33. Match, Norwalk: Match in Norwalk will be open at 5:00pm with plenty of amazing specials and half priced bottles of wine.
34. Match Burger Lobster, Westport: Match Burger Lobster will be open all day on Father's Day, with a brunch menu available from 11am-3pm.
