Tavern at GrayBarns will now be open for lunch!  Starting March 20, visit them Wednesday-Saturday from 11:30am-2pm and for Sunday Brunch.

Join L’escale for a French wine dinner on Tuesday March 19.  The four course dinner includes dishes like Escargot & Porcini Casserole and Lamb Loin alongside premium French wines.  It is $125 per person.

Ambler Farm will host a Home Garden Workshop on Tuesday, March 19 from 9:30 – 11:30am. Jonathan, Ambler Farm’s Director of Agriculture, is offering this workshop to guide you on your way to the most bountiful home garden. Topics include: Crop Selection, Timing, Spacing, Basic soil nutrition, and Basic garden design.  $25 per Member, $30 per Non-Member. 

The Schoolhouse at Cannondale invites you to a “Rockin Rhone Wine Dinner” on Wednesday March 20.  Four courses will be paired with 4 wines from the Rhone Valley.  It starts at 7pm and costs $95 per person plus tax and gratuity.

Rowayton Seafood and Wakeman Town Farm are teaming up for A Sustainable Seafood Dinner on March 21 at 6:30pm.  The evening features an informative and lively conversation about our sustainable seafood system and will be presented by Kevin Conroy and Rowayton Seafood’s fishing community partners.  A tasting menu will be prepared by Chef Charles Hoffman. On Thursday March 21, Hop Haus in Southington hosts a Thomas Hooker Beer Dinner from 6:30-9pm.  It is $65 per person. 

Oar & Oak in Stratford now offers happy hour Tuesday-Friday from 4-6pm.

Dom’s Cheese Shop in Avon presents Cheese 101 on March 22.  They’ll walk you through 7 kinds of wine and teach you how to pair wines with cheese. 

Heirloom Market at Comstock Ferre and The Wise Old Dog are combining their powers for a night of chef inspired after hours snacks, drink, and good times!  It takes place on 3/21 from 6-9pm.

Carbone’s Ristorante, located in its original Hartford South End location since 1938, has brought its popular Roman Dinner back.  Offered Monday-Friday through June 28, the seven-course menu is $80 with wine pairings or $65 without wine pairings, excluding tax and gratuity.

On March 19th Milestone in Georgetown is hosting  "The Glorious Return of Havana Night.” Back by popular demand, Chef Kevin Garcia, is hosting delicious Cuban treats, mojitos and a little Latin lovin' and salsa dancing. Menu served all evening. Regular menu available too.

Every weekend day through March 31, the Girl Scouts will be selling their famous cookies at the Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets.  Additionally, every year the Girl Scouts of Connecticut deliver cookies to our Military women and men here and overseas. Shoppers can purchase an extra box or more and the Girl Scouts will send them to U.S. Servicemen and Servicewomen.

From TownVibe, the folks who brought you Taste of Fairfield and WinterFest, comes Savor Local at Lakota Oaks!  The brand-new food-lovers festival will celebrate local restaurants and businesses amidst the newly renovated Lakota Oaks at 32 Weed Avenue in Norwalk. Bernard’s & Sarah’s Wine Bar in Ridgefield present “Wine Women ROCK: An American Wine Maker in Bordeaux” on Sunday, March 24 at 5pm.  The event features guest speaker Michele D’Aprix, the first female American wine maker in Bordeaux.  The 6 Course Tasting Menu with Wine Pairing costs $105 per person (tax and 20% service charge additional).
