Fiddlehead Food Co-op in New London, CT invites you to “Indigenous Edibles of Spring: Learn to Prepare Fiddlehead” on May 22. Rachel Sayet of the Mohegan Tribe will teach you to prepare fiddleheads, a wild Native vegetable that is only available for a few weeks out of the year. The American Cancer Society hosts the 14th Annual Taste of Hope on Thursday, May 23rd, 2019 at the Metropolitan Pavilion in New York.
