Madison Beach Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton, a AAA Four Diamond Award-winning boutique resort and Top Performer for the Hilton brand, is hosting an exclusive chef dinner featuring the property’s new Chef de Cuisine, Stephen Love.  The event, scheduled for Saturday, September 11 at 7 p.m., is part of an on-going epicurean series at the hotel. The evening includes a welcome reception with cocktails on the beach (weather permitting) followed by a multi-course dinner and concludes with house-made pastries and desserts by Pastry Chef Sylvain Pett.  Each course is paired with wine or a cocktail. Small State Great Beer is proud to partner with another lighthouse brand in our region, Hartford Athletic, to bring our 2021 craft beer festival to Dillon Stadium on Saturday, October 30. Before the pandemic began, craft breweries were opening up throughout our state; a steadily rising growth driven by top quality beer and authentic Connecticut culture. This fall there’s a heightened desire by craft beer fans across Connecticut to reconnect with their favorite breweries and with each other.
