A rotating selection of up-to-three additional seasonal pies will also always be available. Made to order in three sizes, all pizzas are handmade and coal-fired, characterized by a thin charred crust, tangy tomato sauce and a light touch of mozz that New Haven-style pizzas are known for. The restaurant features a full cocktail bar with an expanded wine list that offers proprietary Italian varietals. Classic cocktails like Italian Old Fashioned and Sicilian Margarita, a dedicated “Spruzzo” section, mocktails, draft beer and fountain sodas, including New Haven original Foxon Park, round out the selection.
